1. How to get the most out of this manual
1.1 How to use this manual
This operating manual describes how to operate the RC48N-70… ground-fault and neutral-
grounding monitoring system, which is designed for use with high-resistance earthed instal-
lations. It is designed for skilled personnel working in the field of electrical engineering and
in particular for those designing, installing and operating electrical equipment.
Please read this operating manual and the enclosed sheet entitled "Important safety instruc-
