1.  Making effective use of this document

1.1   How to use this manual

This manual is aimed at 

qualified personnel in electrical engineering and communica-

tions technology, 

installers and users of the product and must be kept ready for refer-

encing in the immediate vicinity of the device. 
To make it easier for you to understand and revisit certain sections of text and instruc-
