Maintenance

Torque Plate and Electric Motor Replacement

Reinstall Motor Gearbox Assembly

5) Slide the Slip Ring Shaft over the Slip Ring Plug, shown in the image below.

6) Locate the LED Cable Receptor coming through the center of the Drive Shaft and apply

dielectric grease to the receptor.

7) Align the Slip Ring Plug with the LED Cable Receptor and press the connectors together

gently, refer to images above. Wrap the connection with electrical tape.

8) Thread the Slip Ring Shaft onto the Drive Shaft then slide the Slip Ring down onto the Slip

Ring Shaft.

over the Slip Ring Plug.

Step 5:

Thread the Slip Ring Shaft
onto the Drive Shaft.

Step 8a:

Slide the Slip Ring onto
the Slip Ring Shaft.

LED Cable

Receptor

Slip Ring Plug

Apply dielectric grease to
the Receptor.

Step 6:

Align tabs on connectors
and press together
gently. Wrap connection
with electrical tape.
