The condensate flows via the vertical condensate
inlet
[C]
or the horizontal condensate inlet
[D]
into the
BEKOMAT
®
and collects in the collecting container
[K]
.
The filling level in the collecting tank
[K]
is continuously
monitored by a capacitive sensor in the sensor tube
[L]
.

Once the condensate has reached the maximum fill level,
the pilot valve
[M]
is activated using the controller.
The pilot valve
[M]
activates, and the area above the
membrane
[N]
is depressurised.
The membrane
[N]
lifts off of the valve seat and the
excess pressure in the collecting container
[K]
presses the
condensate into the condensate discharge
[F]
.

When the sensor in the sensor tube
[L]
is no longer
covered by condensate, the controller of the pilot
valve
[M]
activates and pressure builds up above the
membrane
[N]
.
The membrane
[N]
is pressed against the valve seat and
the condensate discharge
[F]
is sealed tightly.
The switching cycle starts again with the inlet of
condensate.
