local service center.
The device may have
been exposed to high
levels of volatile organic
compounds (VOC’s) for
example from cleaning
agents.
Allow the device to rest for up
to 24 hours in a VOC free
environment.
The device may be
showing testing in
demo mode.
Ensure the breath test mode is
being selected from the home
screen.
