HTS Customer Care Kits User’s Guide

Slide the HTS unit as far as it can go.

Secure the mounting screw to the bottom on the HTS.

Place the cover back on the HTS and turn it on.

Attach the sample coupler to the SIT.

Turn on the cytometer.

Start BD FACSDiva™ software or Plate manager software if connected to
the BD FACS Calibur and perform an HTS prime.
