less solids is ejected, increase the feed cycle timer until the rotor is
discharging near its capacity per cycle.
Note: The feed cycle timer setting controls the Cleaning Interval (In
minutes). The feed cycle timer setting represents the length of time the
Microseparator™ processes dirty liquid before it enters into cleaning
cycle. Typically this setting is set between 40-60 minutes. Shorter cycles
can be used where necessary.

Coolant Makeup System
Connect the fresh water supply to the inlet of the electric solenoid valve.
The valve has a 1/2 NPT female thread.
Place end of clear hose in coolant concentrate container. Coolant
container should be no larger than 5 gallons. This prevents coolant from
siphoning into tank.
Turn the system on, energizing the make up valve.
Water/coolant make up solenoid will turn off when fluid reaches the
correct level
Shipped with the Hydromaster Unit is a bag filled with colored orifice tips.
The coolant ratio is set with these tips. Refer to the chart below to select
the correct orifice for your application.
*Note: Minimum municipal water line pressure 40 PSI.
