D35 Qualifier Descriptions
D35 occurs during power-up initialization (PUI), before calibrations, or
during an MIT (manually initiated test). A D35 error indicates an electronics
hardware failure.
Qualifiers 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9 occur during PUI before calibrations.
Qualifiers 6 and 7 occur during PUI only.

9 System noise error
10 Main board error
11 DAS bus error
13 Pump motor error
An error has occurred in the electronic components.
1. When prompted, shut down the system as described in
Shutting Down the System
on page 256, wait 10 seconds,
and then turn the system on.
2. If the message appears again, record the message,
including the qualifier, and call for technical assistance.
Service Solutions
Perform service solutions only after all other corrective
actions have been completed.
1. Perform the test to measure the 5 volt supply. Refer to
Replacing the Main Board,
in
Replacing Components
.
2. Check all cables and connections.
3. If a D35: 2 or 9 occurs, check the ground on the front door,
replace the cartridge interface module.
4. Replace the Main board.

Error: 14
Qualifier:
14 Door lock
The system detects a problem with the door.
1. Ensure that nothing is blocking the door from opening.
2. When prompted, shut down the system as described in
Shutting Down the System
on page 256, wait 10 seconds,
and then turn the system on.
3. If the message appears again, record the message,
including the qualifier, and call for technical assistance.
Service Solutions
Perform service solutions only after all other corrective
actions have been completed.
1. Test the door using the
Door
button in Diagnostic tests.
2. Check cable connections.
3. Replace the door lock assembly.
