INSPECTION & SERVICE SCHEDULE
The following maintenance schedule must be followed to ensure safe operation and long service
life of your BARKO machine or attachment
. The listed maintenance intervals are for normal use
applications. Maintenance intervals may need to be shortened to account for extreme operating conditions.
To avoid serious personal injury or property damage, ensure that all safety
information, warnings and instructions are read and understood before
performing any of these maintenance procedures.
Refer to chapters in the Barko Service Manual or in component manufacturer
manuals supplied with your BARKO machine or attachment for specific
maintenance procedures.

remove flammable debris

check for wear and for loose
or missing fasteners
X
inspect entire machine for
stress, wear, cracks,
damage, etc.
X
grease all fittings
X
use recommended grease per
application
check torque of nuts & bolts
X
retorque if necessary
steam clean entire machine
X
or more frequently if
necessary
inspect hoses, tubes, fittings
and filters for leaks
X
inspect cylinders for leaks
and damage
X
Air Tank and Reservoir-
drain
X
if equipped - note there are
two tanks each with a
separate drain
Air Compressor Discharge
Lines-
clean

if equipped
Air Conditioner-
run
X
run for minimum of 5 minutes
every 30 days to circulate the
refrigerant system
Manifold Gauge Check-
check a/c refrigerant

HVAC service personnel
Bushings, Pins and Shims-
inspect for wear and play,
lubricate
