Setting the declination angle
To allow your watch to display the points of the compass precisely
with respect to the geographical North Pole, we recommend you
enter the declination angle.
Your BARIGO E7/E7S automatically goes to the entry of the declina-
tion angle after successful calibration of the compass
(see Fig. C,
page 66)
.
Press the
S1
or
S2
button to select "E" or "W" based on the declina-
tion table. Confirm your selection by pressing the
S2
button. Next,
enter the corresponding angle for the magnetic declination by
pressing the
S1
or
S3
button. Then confirm your entry by pressing
the
S2
button.
The compass on your BARIGO E7/E7S is now ready to use. Press
the
S4
button twice to return to watch mode (normal mode).
To launch the compass function press the
S2
button.
