Assembly Connection

For safety reasons, it is

recommended to use any other parts than those specified.
Disconnecting
Left Sides
To disconnect the left side of an Assembly, follow the next procedure:

Connecting two Assemblies next to each other (Assembly 1-1 to Assembly 1-2), follow
the next procedure:
What has to be
done
To create large one piece walls from the smaller Assembly Blocks, the need to remove
sides of the smaller Assembly blocks is necessary. This will allow for the interconnection
of these smaller Assembly blocks. All Assemblies Blocks are similar, only the
dimensions differ (3x3, 4x3 or 4x4).
To connect Assembly Block within the greater Wall Assembly either none, one side or
two sides of each Assembly Block will have to be removed, dependent on its location in
the complete Wall Assembly. If sides need to be detached, these are either the left or
bottom side, or both left side & bottom, but never top or right.

Undo and remove

the Hammer Bolts in Aluminum
Corners that secure the left side frame.
Remove the left side from the Assembly Block.

Remove no side from Assembly 1-1, only the springs on
the right side are to be removed (unscrew the bolts).
Remove the left side of Assembly 1-2 (as explained
above).
Then place the Assemblies against each other.
Put at least two calibers in the holes on the connection of
the two Assemblies to make sure that there isnt any
displacement of the Assemblies. After fixture, they can be
removed and used to align other assemblies.
Reattach the corners with the bolts previously removed to
the side of Assembly 1-2 (which has its left side frame
removed).
Refix the springs and the bolts that were previously
removed.
