[On]
Select
"Vertical"
by pressing the control disc key forwards or
backwards and press
ENTER
. The full image is displayed.
The
"Vertical Total lines"
are already filled when an active file is
selected to be edited.
Vertical shift
: shift the image up and down (press control disc
forwards or backwards) on the screen until the correct image
position is obtained.
When changing the vertical shift setting in the 'Edit' menu, the
vertical shift and vertical size settings in 'geometry' are reset.
Interlaced [On] or [Off]
: this selection is automatically filled when
active file has to be edited. If the image is wrong due to miss-
measurement, use the ENTER key to toggle between [On] and [Off].
(for interlaced images, 1 frame contains 2 fields).
Read AMDS
AMDS = automatic mode detection & synchronisation
During the installation of a file with LOAD, the system automatically
measured the horizontal period, the total vertical lines and the
interlaced mode.
When selecting Read AMDS, the system re-measures the above
indicated items.
The
"Active lines"
: number of horizontal lines determining the height
of the projected image. This value is normally given in the specifi-
cation of the source. If not, adjust until full image height is displayed
(no missing lines)
Options
Source number : The source number of a non-active source can be
changed to any other source number. This makes it possible to
create already a file for future source numbers.
Clamp pulse width : The width of the clamp pulse
Can be any value between 10 and 100. Change the value by
pressing the control disc to the left or to the right.
Clamp pulse delay : Clamping determines the black level of the
signal.
The clamp pulse can be related to the leading edge of the sync pulse.
Can be any value between 2 and 512. Change the value by pressing
the control disc to the left or to the right.
Field polarity inverted : Default [No]
This function is used for interlaced images. Both rasters of the
image could be shifted in a wrong way (double lines are visible in
the image). This can be corrected by inverting the field polarity to
[yes]
Use the
ENTER
key to toggle between [pos] and [neg].
Vertical refresh [sync/async] : The way of updating the image
information on the LCD panels. For moving images, the vertical
refresh has to be done on a synchronous way, for still images,
asynchronous vertical refresh is possible.
Frame delay [On/Off] : default [On]
When [On] : there is a delay between input signal and displayed
image of 1 frame.
When [Off] : minimum delay between input signal and displayed
image. Only possible if the 'Vertical refresh' is done synchronous
and the projector is mounted in a ceiling mounted configuration
(installation menu)
