Factory Defaults Reset
Perform a factory default reset via the WebUI or via the Identi
fi
cation button of the device:

Reset to factory defaults
Note: this method will reset all encoder/decoder settings to factory defaults, but the network settings
and the administrator password are NOT reset.

a) Shut down the device.
b) Startup the device, while
keeping
the
Identi
fi
cation button
pressed.
See "Installation", page 17 for the location of this button.
c) The
identi
fi
cation LED
will blink for 1 second.
Note: This method will reset ALL device settings to factory default, including network and pass-
word settings

Software upgrade
How to perform a software upgrade ?
There are three methods to perform software upgrade:
1. Upgrade by uploading a .deb
fi
le
a) Press the link
Browse for a local upgrade
fi
le
and select the correct
fi
le.
b) Press
Start upgrade
(the button appears once you have selected your upgrade
fi
le).
c) The blue identi
fi
cation LED is lit during the upgrade.
d) Follow the upgrade status on the web interface.
e) The device will reboot when upgrade is done.
2. Upgrade from a repository via http link
a) Click on “Upgrade url” and
fi
ll in the http to the .deb
fi
le
b) Press
Start upgrade
c) The blue identi
fi
cation LED is lit during the upgrade
d) Follow the upgrade status on the web interface
e) The device will reboot when upgrade is done.
3. Upgrade from USB stick
a) Put the .deb
fi
le on USB storage and insert it into one of the USB ports.
Upgrade starts automatically.
b) The blue identi
fi
cation LED is lit during the upgrade.
c) Wait until the identi
fi
cation LED is off.
d) Remove USB stick and re-power the device.
