Overview
This panel allows to manage 3D Configuration Files. These files contain all data needed to display 3D movies
according 3D system. A batch of default files are installed on the projector during the initial setting with the
clone package. Specific 3D files could be imported manually. 3D files must be adapted according to the 3D
system used. Please refer to the 3D system manual to obtain correct settings.

Each 3D file displayed here has a
name
(reference 1).Creation date (reference 2) of the 3D file is displayed
just under its name. When a 3D file is activated the status (reference 3) turns to
Active
and its name is noticed
on top of the list.
Clicking on a 3D file (reference 4) in this list allows to show it in its expanded form and displays a contextual
menu.
Following actions are available in this menu:
•
Activate
(reference 5) allows to activate the 3D file.
•
Export
(reference 6) creates a downloadable backup package.
•
Edit
(reference 7) allows to modify the 3D file.
•
Rename
(reference 8) allows to rename the 3D file.
•
Delete
(reference 9) allows to remove the 3D file from the list.
Clicking on menu (reference 10) displays the 3D file general menu.
Following actions are available in this menu:
•
New
(reference 11) allows to create 3D configuration files.
•
Import
(reference 12) allows to import 3D files.
•
Export
(reference 13) creates a downloadable backup package that contains all 3D files selected in the
list.
•
When the ICMP has a valid RealD license installed, switched on (or switched off) the check box
Enable
RealD Ghostbusting
(reference 14) allows to activate (or deactivate) the
Reald Ghostbusting
algorithm.
This algorithm allow to reduce the 3D crosstalk during play-out (also known as ghosting).
•
Delete
(reference 15) allows to remove several 3D files selected in the list.
Management of 3D Files
Until now a 3D configuration file contained data needed to display a 3D movie with a specific frame rate. And it
was necessary to repeat the creation process for each frame rate multiplication (24, 48, 60).
From version 1.2 or higher, it is still possible to work this way but this is no longer the normal process. The
creation and management of 3D configuration files has been slightly modified.
