5. Install the anode wire lug (reference 1) upon the anode socket inside the Lamp House as illustrated. Use an Allen torque key set
to
9 Nm
(6.64lbf*ft) to secure the bolt (reference 3). Place a
fl
at washer (reference 2 between the bolt and the wire lug.
Warning:
Make sure that there is no tension on the anode wire of the xenon lamp.

6. Check the cathode connection inside the lamp house. Use an 22 mm open-end wrench to hold the
fi
rst nut while fastening the
second nut on the rod with a torque of
25 Nm
(18,4 lbf*ft) using a torque wrench with 22 mm hexagon socket. Ensure that there
is a
fl
at washer at both sides of the wire lug.
Caution:
These cathode connections must be checked with every lamp change!

7. Secure the xenon lamp cathode with the hexagon socket head cap screw (reference 9) and washer (reference 10) as illustrated.
Fasten the screw with a torque of
5 Nm
(3,7 lbf*ft). Use a torque wrench with a 5 mm Allen socket.
Caution:
Make sure that both pins (reference 11) of the cathode adapter remain engaged in the foreseen slots
