In order to know the temperature that the STOP of the application roller was
programmed, it is necessary to push the key ìFUNCî (C) until the indicator A2 on the display
(A) . On the display (B) will appear then the temperature value for the application roller start.
The STOP of the application roller will avoid that the hard glue blocks the application head.
The recommended value for this temperature, when wooden veneer is used, is approx.
60% of the application temperature that recommends the glue manufacturer and 50% when
paper foil is used.
For example: If the application temperature is 190 ∞ C the value to be adjusted to STOP
the application roller must be :
190x0,6 = 114 ∞ C using veneer
190x0,5 = 95 ∞ C wrapping with paper foil
The adjustment will be done pushing four times the key FUNC (C) until AL2 appears
on the display. Then push the key INCREASE (E) or DECREASE (F) , until on the display (B)
appears the desired temperature. Push the key FUNC (C) to store the data.
