Setup
The laboratory cooler can be set up next to or under the ultrasonic bath to be connected.
In any case, it is important to ensure that the drain hose slopes from the connected
ultrasonic bath to the inlet of the laboratory cooler, and that the liquid can
fl
ow into
the laboratory cooler on its own.
The inlet of the laboratory cooler may be up to one meter below the outlet, so that
the laboratory cooler can also be placed under the work surface.

Important
Do not screw the ball valve or adapter all the way to the limit stop, or unscrew them by
turning them to the left, as this will impair the sealing capability of the sealing tape.
Mounting – ultrasonic bath outlet
Replace the existing ball valve at the outlet of the ultrasonic bath with a 3-way ball
valve with hose sockets.
Remove old sealing tape.
Wrap the external thread in multiple layers with the sealing tape supplied.
For a ¼
" outlet, the nut with the adapter must first be fixed to the drain pipe with
sealing tape.
Screw on the 3-way ball valve.
Also wrap the hose sockets with sealing tape and fasten them in the 3-way ball valve.
