Tool Balancer Cont. 

If multiple ties are installed with the same tool, a slide rail or swing arm is required to move between the ties. 
Always allow the tool to hang directly above the installation. Pulling the tool at an angle will cause increased 
strain on the operator. Figures 37-38 are an example of a weight balancer that can rotate in all 3 axis. Depending 
on the application, the harness can either be routed up the balancer or at ground level. For technical drawings
