UHD-SERIES WARRANTY
BANANZA WILL PAY FOR:
Within 24 months from date of p u rchase by b u yer or 27
months from the date of shipment by Bananza ( w hichever
comes first), replacement parts w ill be provided free of
charge for any part of the prod u ct w hich fails d u e to a
man u fact u ring or material defect.
Bananza w ill req u ire the part in q u estion to be ret u rned to
the factory. Bananza w ill, at its sole discretion, repair or
replace after determining the nat u re of the defect and
disposition of part in q u estion.

Replacement Parts are w arranted for a period
of 18 months from date of shipment from Bananza or the
remaining BANANZA
®
UHD-Series w arranty.
BANANZA WILL NOT PAY FOR:
Service trips, service calls and labor charges.
Shipment of replacement parts.
Claims
w here the total price of the goods have not
been paid.
Damage d
u e to:
• Improper installation, operation or maintenance.
• Mis u se, ab u se, neglect, or modification of the
BANANZA
®
UHD-Series in any w ay.
• Use of the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series for other than its
intended p u rpose.
• Incorrect gas or electrical s u pply, accident, fire, floods,
acts of God, w ar, terrorism, or other cas u alty.
• Improper service, u se of replacement parts or
accessories not specified by Bananza.
• Fail u re to install or maintain the BANANZA
®
UHD-
Series as directed in the Installation, Operation and
Service man
u al.
• Relocation of the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series after initial
installation
• The u se of the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series in a corrosive
atmosphere containing contaminants.
• The u se of the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series in the vicinity
of a comb u stible or explosive material.
• Any defect in the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series arising from
a dra w ing, design, or specification s u pplied by or on
behalf of the cons u mer.
• Damage inc u rred d u ring shipment. Claim m u st be
filed w ith carrier.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF:
The BANANZA
®
UHD-Series is not installed by a
contractor q u alified in the installation and service of gas-
fired heating eq u ipment.
Yo u cannot prove original p u rchase date and req u ired
ann u al maintenance history.
The data plate and/or serial n u mber are removed,
defaced, modified or altered in any w ay.
The o w nership of the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series is moved
or transferred. This w arranty is nontransferable.
Bananza is not permitted to inspect the damaged
controller and/or component parts.

Bananza ' liability, and your exclusive remedy, under
this warranty or any implied warranty (includin g the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose) is limited to providin
g
replacement parts durin g the term of this warranty.
Some j u risdictions do not allo w limitations on ho w long an
implied w arranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to
yo u . There are no rights, w arranties or conditions,
expressed or implied, stat u tory or other w ise, other than
those contained in this w arranty.
Bananza shall in no event be responsible for
incidental or conse
q uential dama g es or incur liability
for dama g es in excess of the amount paid by you for
the BANANZA
®
UHD-Series. Some j u risdictions do not
allo w the excl u sion or limitation of incidental or
conseq u ential damages, so this limitation or excl u sion
may not apply to yo u . This w arranty gives yo u specific
legal rights, and yo u may also have other rights w hich
vary from j u risdiction to j u risdiction.
Bananza shall not be responsible for fail u re to perform
u nder the terms of this w arranty if ca u sed by
circ u mstances o u t of its control, incl u ding b u t not limited
to w ar, fire, flood, strike, government or co u rt orders, acts
of God, terrorism, u navailability of s u pplies, parts or
po w er. No person is a u thorized to ass u me for Bananza
any other w arranty, obligation or liability.
LIMITATIONS ON AUTHORITY OF
REPRESENTATIVES:
No representative of Bananza, other than an Exec u tive
Officer, has a u thority to change or extend these
provisions. Changes or extensions shall be binding only if
confirmed in
w riting by Bananza's d u ly a u thorized
Exec u tive Officer.
