6.2.4 To Clear "Occupied" Disabled Refuge units

It may be possible to clear the Occupied indication by pressing
and holding the relevant Disable Refuge Remote icon for 4
seconds (this functionality is dependant on the local control point
configuration).

If the Remote Units cannot be cleared from the control panel then
the relevant Remote Unit must be visited and cleared locally.
