7. Troubleshooting and Maintenance
This section discusses troubleshooting and maintenance issues.
Troubleshooting the Firmware Cold Restart
If any Firmware problems occur, cold restart the DNGP using the following steps:
1. Turn the DNGP power off.
2. Press and hold the
UP
,
DOWN
and
ENTER
buttons.
3. Apply power to the DNGP. The alarm light goes on and the D17 LED flashes.
Alarm and Fault Handling
Explosion Hazard: Do not disconnect equipment unless power has been switched off or the area is
known to be non-hazardous.
