Internationally:
If a guarantee event occurs within 6 months after conclu-
sion of the contract, Badgematic takes over the necessary forwarding costs
for the transport and re-transport internationally. This only includes count-
ries for which we offer transport in our webshop
www.badgematic.de.
If
the guarantee event occurs after a period of 6 months after conclusion of
the contract, the customer shall pay for the costs of transport for repair or
improvement AND also for the re-transport to his address. If – at the time of
guarantee event - the badge maker is located in a country which we do not
offer a shipment for in our web shop, the customer has to pay the costs for
transport AND re-transport also when the guarantee event occurs within 6
months after conclusion of contract.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
•
inappropriate usage and violation
•
usage of button components which are not originally Badgematic
•
interventions through unauthorized people
•
submission in packaging not suitable for transport

From the guarantee scope not, or no longer covered defects, dama-
ges at the machine or missing parts will be fixed after prior consulta-
tion at a fair charge. You will have to bear the costs then, for sending
your badge making machine and for re-sending it to you.
