NOTE
The materials used meet the requirements of the DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU OF THE EUROPEAN
PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (ROHS).
NOTE
The operating hours remain saved even when the EPROM is replaced.

An error message overwrites an alarm message. The first error message is retained even
if further “errors” are established.

Only have experienced transport specialists carry out transportation.

Initial system switch-on must be carried out by trained specialists.

When handling liquid haemodialysis concentrates, it is mandatory to refer to the
manufacturer's safety provisions!

Portable and mobile HF communication equipment can influence lectrical medical
equipment.

The EMC test is carried out under the condition that the important performance features
are fulfilled without alarms being generated which are defined in the software specification
V1.00 Rev. 00, paragraph 7.

No frequencies other than those specified in EN 60601-1-2 Ed. 4, have been tested.
