The fluid and process connection is implemented using a threaded
connection.
Vibrations from operation could under certain circumstances cause the
thread connection to become loose.
You must that the connection is firmly in place regularly.

Check plain bearing to make sure it is fully functional and for wear.
Clean or replace the plain bearing washers as necessary.
