3. Implementation

When RES is high or on power up, the outputs = 0.
When not RES, the following occurs:

The outputs do not change until the number of winder revolutions equals WRAPS.
(1 winder revolution = PPR amount of change in the CNT value) When this occurs, the
following calculations are done.

DIA = DIA at start of wraps count

thick = (DIA - DIA)/(2 × WRAPS)
DEN = (WGHT/thick)

ADIA = (DIA + DIA)/2

The outputs do not change until the next time the number of winder evolutions equals
WRAPS or a RES occurs.
