Energy Efficient P-state
Enabled, Disabled
Enable/Disable Energy Efficient P-state feature. When set to 0, will
disable access to ENERGY_PERFORMANCE_BIAS MSR and
CPUID Function 6 ECX[3] will read 0 indicating no support for
Energy Efficient policy setting. When set to 1 will enable access to
ENERGY_PERFORMANCE_BIAS MSR 1B0h and CPUID Function
6 ECX[3] will read 1 indicating Energy Efficient policy setting is
supported.
Package Power Limit MSR
