Installing Option Modules
This section shows how to install an optional Master Joystick Module with Mini Fill Panel and two Attention Track Knob modules
along with optional risers, in the example configuration.
• Installation for a Master Post Module is identical to the Master Joystick Module.
• For Display Modules, see “Installing Display Modules” on page 23.
• If your system does not include any Option Modules, proceed to “Installing Fill Panels” on page 24.
To install Option Modules:

(Optional) Install the Mini Fill Panel in the first slot, in front of where the Master Joystick Module will be installed. Be careful
to seat the panel fully into the frame. You can also install the module in the first slot and install the panel behind it if desired.

Locate the Master Joystick Module (or whichever Option module you want closest to the front) and connect power and Ethernet
to it as you did for the Automation Module. Use the longest available power and Ethernet cables in that chassis.

Install the connected module in the chassis. Make sure it is oriented correctly and seated fully.

Unpack an Attention Knob Module (or whichever Option module you want in slot 2) and connect power and Ethernet to it as
you did for the previous Option module.

Install the connected module in slot 2, being careful to orient it correctly and seat it fully against the top edge of the module or
panel below it. Make sure the module sits fully into the frame and not on top of any other modules, panels, or cables

Unpack the next Attention Knob Module (or whichever Option module you want in slot 3) and connect power and Ethernet.
Installing the Mini Fill Panel in the first slot provides additional room to rest your wrists while operating the joysticks.
