Installing the Frame
To install the Frame:

Locate and unpack the S4 Frame from its shipping container.

Identify any other items included in the Frame package such as the small Compression Panel, T-Strips, extra cables, hole caps
and other accessories and keep them organized nearby.

Place the frame on a sturdy table that allows you to access the front and back.
Images shown in this guide may differ slightly from your frame or other components. For example, in 5-foot S4 Frames the network
switch is oriented differently than in 3- and 4-foot. Also, built-in power and Ethernet cables are not show in all images.
If you are installing S4 into custom furniture you can remove the side covers (end caps). Use an M4 hex driver to remove the five
M4x6 fasteners from each side cover.

Components and systems are heavy! Team lift, always. We recommend four people, one lifting each corner. Never move or lift a
system (any size) by the Side Covers or Bolster, or lift any single corner. Move or lift while holding on to the metal frame instead.
