1.
Insert the four M6 screws.
2.
Attach the two centering rings on the back on the
threads of the external screws.
3.
Secure the holder for the shock absorber to the slide
using the four M6 screws.
Installing the shock absorber in the
holder
1.
Screw the stop sleeve in front onto the shock absorber
(see detail
A
).
2.
Now screw the shock absorber into the holder (see
detail
B
).
NOTE!
Ensure the correct installation position
of the shock absorber depending on the effective
direction of the intermediate stop.
Securing the intermediate stop on the
clamping plate
Parts kits required: R402005902, R402005904
1.
Secure the intermediate stop to the adjustment plate
using three M6 screws.
2.
Insert the three M6 screws from the top into the
clamping plate and loosely mount the three
T-groove nuts on them.
3.
Insert the loosely mounted T-groove nuts into the
profiles of the clamping plate.
4.
Secure the adjustment plate by tightening the three M6
screws. Note the tightening torque under “6 Assembly”.
Please note: Shock absorbers must be ordered
separately (see online catalog or shock absorber
calculator).
Mounting on a table
Accessories required: four M6 screws
1.
Align the position of the intermediate stop in
accordance with your requirements.
2.
Secure the clamping plate to the table using four M6
screws.
3.
In the course of the test run, the position of the
intermediate stop can be readjusted.
Mounting on a strut profile
Parts kit required: R412019227
1.
Insert the four M8 screws from the top into the
clamping plate and loosely mount the four
T-groove nuts on them.
2.
Insert the loosely mounted T-groove nuts into the strut
profile
3.
Secure the clamping plate by tightening the four M8
screws. Note the tightening torque under “6 Assembly”.
4.
Float-mount the strut profile using two additional M8
screws and T-groove nuts to the rodless cylinder. Note
the tightening torque under “6 Assembly”.
