Documentation validity

This documentation applies to the intermediate stop with 
material number R412024700 and the parts kits listed 
under 4 “Product overview”. The parts kits may only be 
used in conjunction with RTC-CG/RTC-HD, Ø 25–40 mm 
and CKP, Ø 25–32 mm series rodless cylinders.

Intended use

The intermediate stop is a pneumatic device that may 
only be used in conjunction with RTC-CG/ RTC-HD, 
Ø 25–40 mm and CKP, Ø 25–32 mm series rodless 
cylinders. Proper use also requires the shock absorber 
parts kit and the stop bracket parts kit. 
With the intermediate stop and parts kits, you can achieve 
a defined intermediate position for the slide on the RTC/
CKP rodless cylinder.
The parts kits are intended for professional use only and 
not for private use.
The function modules may only be used for industrial 
applications.

The pressure regulator may only be used within the 
limits listed in the technical data.

Only use compressed air as the medium. Operation 
with pure oxygen is not permitted.

Improper use

Improper use of the product includes:

Using the parts kits for any application not stated in 
these instructions,

Using the parts kits under operating conditions that 
deviate from those described in these instructions,

 The user alone bears the risks of improper use of the 
product.

Personnel qualifications

The work described in this documentation requires basic 
pneumatic knowledge, as well as knowledge of the 
appropriate technical terms. In order to ensure safe use, 
these activities may therefore only be carried out by 
qualified technical personnel or an instructed person 
under the direction and supervision of qualified 
personnel.
Qualified personnel are those who can recognize possible 
hazards and institute the appropriate safety measures, 
due to their professional training, knowledge, and 
experience, as well as their understanding of the relevant 
regulations pertaining to the work to be done. Qualified 
personnel must observe the rules relevant to the subject 
area.
