Parts kit for the stop bracket
The stop bracket is fastened to the slide.
It is available in different sizes adapted to the piston size
of the cylinder (see online product catalog).

Effective Direction
of Intermediate Stop
The orientation of the shock absorber and fine
adjustment determine the effective direction.
The following example applies for horizontal installation:

The intermediate stop only functions in one slide travel
direction.
To change the effective direction, perform the following
steps:

Rotate the shock absorber by 180°
W
Mount the fine adjustment to the side opposite the
stop

Mounting
Preparation
1.
Make sure the system is not under pressure.
2.
Make sure that the system part for which the pressure
is switched off cannot be switched on.
3.
WARNING!
Completely vent the rodless cylinder
on both sides prior to the installation.
4.
If necessary, remove components from the slide.
Fastening the intermediate stop
on the cylinder

Slide the intermediate stop with sliding block(

the cylinder groove.
2.
Move the intermediate stop to the desired position.
