Drive wheel
Installation:
• Note that the parts are centered to the same line in relation to each other.
• The drive wheel 6 must be installed with original bolts to the drive motor.
• 7 indicates a hex socket-head screw M10, strength class 12.9., 8pcs / wheel.
• Tighten crosswise; first the initial tightening and then the final tightening torque step by step.
Instructions for operation and service:
• Visually check the drive wheel regularly and ensure that there are no external damages to the drive wheel.
• Check that the drive wheel is intact and clean.
Drive motor
• The oil level of the gear system must be checked every 250h. It is done by driving the tracks as far as the
oil level check screw located on the side of the drive motor is horizontally centered. The correct oil level
is at the hight of the check plug.
• When installing the gear, ensure that the parts are centred to the same line in relation to each other and
that the fastenings of the hydraulic hoses are in the correct position.
• Drive motor is installed to the frame and it is fastened with a hex screw M10, strength class 12.9., 8 pcs a
wheel.
• Tighten crosswise; first the initial tightening and then the final tightening torque step by step.
Note! When you install the hydraulic hoses, ensure that they are correctly installed before you
turn on the hydraulic pressure.
Tracks
• Check the condition of the rolls externally at regular intervals and whether there are any breakages in
seals (oil leaks).
• If there is oil leakage, replace the broken parts.
