Appliance LCD Fault Code
In the unlikely event of the fireplace operating there are a number of fault codes that will be
displayed on the LCD display on the appliance. These codes do not display on the remote
handset.
CODE DESCRIPTION
AC
The board has not been configured during manufacture of your
appliance, contact your manufacturer.
A0 Overheating of the firebox, service call required.
A1 Flame loss or flame not sensed, turn the appliance OFF for 5 minutes
and retry operating your appliance as per normal use. If the fault
reoccurs a service call is required.
A3 Service call required.
A4 Air pressure switch failure, service call required.
A5 Service call required.
A6 Firebox probe failure, service call required/
A7 Air flow is not sufficient, turn the appliance OFF at the wall and clean
the room convection fan. If the fault reoccurs then a service call is
required.
A8 Service call required.
A9 Service call required.
