Actuator controls are always mounted separately from the actuator on a wall
bracket, outside the flooded area.
●
The permissible cable length between actuator controls on wall bracket and
the actuator amounts to 100 m maximum.
Connecting cables
●
Connecting cables must be protected against damage and securely fixed.
Continuous strain relief must be ensured. Cables may not move within the cable
glands. The plant operator or the contractor are responsible for providing the
required cable protection.
