11.2. Disconnection from the mains
If the device must be demounted, e.g. for service purposes, it can be sepa-
rated from the mains without having to remove the wiring.
Removing the plug
1. Loosen the screws (2).
2. Remove plug/socket connector.
Cover (1) and terminal board (5) or frame (6) remain together.
3. Mask open plug/socket connection, e.g. using AUMA protection cover
and parking frame.
Fitting the plug
1. Clean sealing faces at the cover and the housing.
2. Apply a thin film of non-acidic grease (e.g. Vaseline) to the sealing faces.
3. Check whether O-ring is in good condition, correctly insert O-ring.
4. Preserve joint surfaces with an acid-free corrosion protection agent.
5. Replace plug/socket connector and fasten bolts evenly crosswise.
