Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Solution
Cannot turn on the Display
Unit
1.
Press and hold the Power button for at
least three (3) seconds.
2.
Make sure the power cord is properly
connected at both ends.
Cannot turn on the
Receiver/Transponder
1.
Press and hold the Power button for at
least three (3) seconds.
2.
Make sure the power cord is properly
connected at both ends.
Unable to obtain a reading
1.
Make sure the Aulisa sensor module(s
)
is
within 32.8 feet (10 meters) spherical
radius to the Receiver/Transponder.
2.
Verify the system’s wireless connection.
3.
Check for any alarms or error messages
displayed on the screen.
The system is in Alarm mode,
but no audible alarms can be
heard.
1.
Wait for two (2) minutes and alarm tones
will automatically re-engage.
2.
Make sure no headphone is plugged in.
Cannot establish
system connection
1.
Make sure the Aulisa sensor module(s
)
is
within 32.8 feet (10 meters) spherical
radius to the Receiver/Transponder.
2.
Check Wi-Fi router settings
3.
Reset the Wi-Fi network of the system.
4.
Turn off the system and retry.
