Device Connection
Wi-Fi Network Initial Setup
Step 1:
Powering the Display Unit or mobile device and the Receiver/Transponder.
Step 2:
Turn on the Receiver/Transponder. Wait until the Wi-Fi Link LED on the
Receiver/Transponder blinks red.
Step 3:
Press and hold the Power button of Receiver/Transponder for ten (10)
seconds until “RESET” is heard.
Step 4:
Select a secure customer Wi-Fi network from the list of available
connections displayed on the Display Unit/Aulisa mobile application (for
Android user), or key in the network name (for iOS user). Enter the network
security password and press “CONFIRM”.
Step 5:
Create a password for the Receiver/Transponder and press “CONFIRM”.
Step 6:
Select the correct time zone and press “CONFIRM”. (for Display Unit only)
NOTE:
Beware of connecting to an unsecured network provides no security
and exposes all your network traffic.
NOTE:
Ensure the customer Wi-Fi Network connection has a strong and reliable signal.
NOTE:
The Wi-Fi Link LED on Receiver/Transponder will turn solid red, indicating the
Wi-Fi connection has been established.
NOTE:
The password must contain a combination of numbers and letters with
maximum16 characters.
NOTE:
Check the top right corner of the MAIN screen. Ensure the Receiver/Transponder
connection indicator is lit blue and the Wi-Fi connection indicator has a strong signal.
