Wiring for Remote Control

Control Wiring

The MVE has three fixed inputs for remote control. These inputs should be controlled by contacts rated for low voltage, low current
operation (gold flash or similar).

CAUTION
The control inputs are powered by the soft starter. Do not apply external voltage to the control input terminals.

Cables to the control inputs must be segregated from mains voltage and motor cabling.

The reset input can be normally open or normally closed. Use parameter 6M to select the configuration.

NOTE
Reset input is normally closed by default.
