I am typing in my password but it won’t let me login.
1. Passwords are case sensitive. If the Admin gave you
a password of “PasSMe” then the P,S,and M need to be
capital letters when you type it in.
2. The Admin has reassigned or changed your password
3. The unit has been given a hard reset which sets all
accounts to default permissions, names, and passwords.

I have permissions but I still can’t change an output
connection.
Check if the output is Locked. Unlock the output first before
you change the connection.
I can’t turn on/off access control
Login as Admin first. Only the Admin can turn on/off access
control for a port.
I can’t modify the user accounts or permissions
Only the Admin can modify accounts. Login as the Admin.
The system won’t allow me to make crosspoint changes.
1. Log in using your assigned username and password. If
the Admin has denied you access to the output then you
can’t change the output without the Admin changing your
account first.
2. Login as Admin
3. Turn off access control for the port you are using. (requires
Admin login)
My password to unlock the Ethernet port using the ELD
command is not working.
Reset the password from the front panel. Refer to the section
