To Choose Circuit Packs

Introduction

Before you can connect your communications hardware to the 
PBX, you must choose the appropriate circuit pack.

Line type 

The line type of the circuit pack depends on whether you use a 
modem, a data module, or an ADU.

The following table matches the data communication hardware 
and the line type.

* The TN numbers for circuit packs are for use in the United 
States. International users must check the DEFINITY G3 
Ap plication Notes for the correct circuit pack.
