2-2 Connect the transformer

The transformer contained in your Notebook PC box can be used in different

world regions ranging from 110V to 220V. However, voltages and plugs vary from

country to country. If you intend to use this Notebook PC abroad, please purchase

a suitable power cord in a foreign country.

Please follow these steps to connect the transformer:

Step 1: Take the transformer and power cord out of the box and connect the

transformer to the power cord.

Step 2: Plug the AC power cord into the receptacle.

Step 3: Plug the DC power cord of the transformer into the DC receptacle of your

Notebook PC.

Step 4: Make sure all power cords are connected properly. You can press the power

switch to turn on your Notebook PC.
