Requests the current antenna offset parameters, where c is the output port and is not
required to direct the response message to the current communication port.
Example: Query antenna offsets to port A.

Returns the antenna parameters of the receiver, where Table 6.4 outlines the response
format.
CLK: Clock Status
$PASHQ,CLK
Queries the real-time clock status.
$PASHR,CLK
