The telescope tilt adapters provide a lot of holes and threads to mount a telescope onto. Here is a drawing of
the top plate. The red marked holes and threads can be used to fasten a telescope or an additional adapter
plate.

Remove the green marked cover plate.
Remove the red marked screws to separate bottom and top plate.
