It is possible to obtain a sequence of 16 steps like the one you have just created
by using 2 independent sequences of 8 steps. For an 8 step sequence, place
the “1/16 > 2/8” selector switch to 2/8. The sequencer will only play half of the
sequence.

To play the 16 (or 8) steps randomly, switch the “sequential / random” selector
switch to the right (“random”)

Let’s look at creating a sequence of modulation on the filter cut-off frequency.
This will be very useful, notably for special effects such as a “techno” sequence.
