Common Issues and Fixes 

 

1)

 

Issue:

 

In some rare cases when using Windows 10 operating system, the programmer 

DLL  is  not  properly  loaded/unloaded,  causing  the  Quartus  Programmer  to  not  detect  the 
Arrow USB Programmer2.

 

 

Solution:

   Restart the Altera JTAG Server using the Services application of Windows.
