Downloads folder on your computer.

Select the Wi-Fi cable modem configuration file from the list that you want to restore.

The selected configuration file will appear in the Choose File field.

Your Wi-Fi cable modem will automatically reboot.

Reset the Wi-Fi Cable Modem Configuration Settings

before resetting your Wi-Fi cable modem. See
