The X10gx provides flexible space, called the “Flexspace”, with I/O capability for the integration
of custom cards and modules such as an radio frequency ID (RFID) tag reader or contactless
card reader, or an additional Smart Card reader, as illustrated in .
Flexspace Device Support
The Flexspace compartment can provide up to 3 PCI-e card slots, 3 USB 2.0 ports, 6 general
purpose I/O (GPIO) connections to the docking connector and 2 GPIO connections to the
processor. The antenna panel on the right side of the X10gx can house a custom antenna or be
modified to provide additional I/O connectors.
