Step
10
–
Remove
the
Thermal
Management
Center
control
panel
Remove
the
four
(4)
black
M6
Button
head
screws
from
around
the
outside
of
panel.
Step
11
–
Fit
the
outer
door
shell
on
to
the
chassis
If
not
already
in
place,
lift
the
right
hand
door
up
to
the
frame
and
slide
it
on
to
its
hinges.
Open
the
door
to
its
full
extent
against
the
wall
(provide
protection
for
the
paintwork
if
necessary
from
brickwork
etc)
Step
12
–
Fit
the
Aircon
Module
in
to
the
Door
Shell
Using
the
two
Lift
Handles
carefully
lift
the
entire
assembly
(maintaining
the
aircon
module
in
the
upright
orientation)
and
carefully
slide
in
to
the
door
shell
cavity.
Ensure
cables
are
out
of
the
way
so
they
don’t
get
caught
between
the
frame
and
the
door
shell.
