If there is no "Error Code" then all LEDs should be turned off.
Next step is taken by pressing the "
Start/Pause
" button;
2)
"Error Code" and other information stored in EEPROM (point to resume) are deleted
from EEPROM and in 7S models 3-digit software version is displayed, and to switch to
the next step "Start/Pause" button is pressed; Only in Models with LEDs the next step will
be automatically progressed (without pressing "Start/Pause" button).
3)
By flashing all segments of 7S and all LEDs "Display" test is realized.
When "Start/Pause" button is pressed, all segments of 7S and all LEDs are turned off
to end "Display" test and switch to next step;
4)
Turned for 52rpm to right (CW). Meanwhile, in 7S models, "4", which is the "service
mode step number" of this step is displayed. In Models with LED, of the "Program
Tracking LEDs" above the "Start/Pause" button, the 3rd LED from the bottom will be
turned on (weight of orders from bottom to top are 20=1, 21=2, 22=4, 23=8, 24=16); Next
step is taken by pressing the "Start/Standby" button;
5)
Turned for 52rpm to left (CW). Meanwhile, in 7S models, "5", which is the "service
mode step number" of this step is displayed. In Models with LED, of the "Program
Tracking LEDs" above the "Start/Pause" button, the 1st and 3rd LED from the bottom will
be turned on (weight of orders from bottom to top are 20=1, 21=2, 22=4, 23=8, 24=16);
Next step is taken by pressing the "Start/Standby" button;
6)
In the previous movement, motor movement is stopped and following checks were
performed and tester was informed in different ways: If the Water Level Value read on the
Water Level Sensor is out of the limits (if Water Level Sensor socket is properly fitted or if
it is loose), next step "7" is taken. This way, there is not any drum movement in step 6
and if step 7 is taken automatically, person making the test will sense this condition as
"Water Level Sensor Error" .
b) although the Water Level Value read on the sensor is within the limits
if it is above "Safety Level", pump is operated and when the level drops below the "Safety
Level" basic controls of this step are carried out (meanwhile drain pump is active).
These are, in the order of priority;
I. If there is NTC error, 100rpm is applied;
II. If there is no NTC error, but if the values read at Line Voltage Reading Inlets
(Line_Voltage_ADC) are below 185 Volts or above 265 Volts, 140 rpm is applied. This
error could be caused by two conditions:
Either the ADC inlets of microprocessor are defective or it is indeed out of the line voltage
limits
III. If there is no any NTC error and no error on Line_Voltage_ADC inlets, “MAX_SPEED /
2” "MAX_SPEED" rotation is applied."MAX_SPEED/ 2" (Rev03_28112012):
Modified as MAX_SPEED. Meanwhile, "6", which is the service mode step number is
displayed on screen of 7S Models;
In Models with LED, of the "Programme Tracking LEDs" above the "Start/Pause" button
the 2nd and 3rd LEDs from the bottom will be turned on (weight of orders from bottom to
top are 20=1, 21=2, 22=4, 23 = 8, 24 = 16);
Next test step is taken by pressing the "
Start/Pause
" button.
7)
Motor movement which is started in the previous step is stopped and pump is shut.
“PRE_WASH_VALVE” which is the main test of this step is opened and checked.
