Caution: Since the dosing pump functions with maximum performance (100%) until
the setpoint is reached, this can lead to over-dosing.
Reason: If a water care product is pumped into the nozzle pipe, a time delay will occur
in conjunction with the pool hydraulics until such time as the water enriched with water
care products again reaches the measuring cells.

3.5 IDS – Intelligent Dosing System
Automatic adaptation of dosing time limit.
In a swimming pool, the framework conditions are constantly changing, for example,
due to the addition of fresh water or the reduction in chlorine concentration in the water
care product.
For safety reasons, a strict dosing time limit switches the dosing off after the specified
time. When using IDS, the device registers that the values are stabilising and
automatically extends the dosing time limit. This prevents premature safety
deactivation in most cases.
The system is set to IDS 2 at the factory. A change to or deactivation of the IDS is
carried out in the system settings sub-menu. Press the arrow buttons to select the IDS
menu item, and confirm using
OK .
